Nearly twenty years ago in 2004, John Adkins began his legal practice with one primary objective, which was to help injured people obtain the justice they deserve. He started Adkins Law Firm, LLC and immediately began fighting for his clients by taking on huge corporations and billion-dollar insurance companies.

Early on, John discovered that personal injury cases required a special type of attorney that had the ability to focus on the specific needs of his clients. John decided to aggressively pursue cases against the insurance industry and large companies that only viewed his clients as “nothing but a number on a page.” The insurance industry and large companies have seemingly limitless resources to fight against having to pay injured people the compensation that they deserved. John Adkins has since devoted all his efforts to the practice of personal injury litigation, and it is a strategy that works. He has helped thousands of clients regain their lives after devastating personal injuries.

John is also the managing partner of the law firm of Johnson & Ward, which is a firm that has been in existence since 1949. John and the firm have tried hundreds of personal injury cases before juries and have won numerous multi-million-dollar verdicts and settlements, including a recent net recovery this past year of $3.5 million dollars for one of his clients. A number of the firm’s high-profile cases have been published and reported in prominent newspapers in Atlanta, such as the Fulton County Daily Report and the Atlanta Journal Constitution.

John attributes his overall success in the field of personal injury law to the fact that he truly loves what he does and receives tremendous satisfaction in obtaining justice for his clients.
